Crab Appetizers
Won ton skins or egg roll wrappers, cut in halves
2 c. flaked crab
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
➔Mix all ingredients except wrappers together like meatloaf.
Put 1 teaspoon mixture in center of skin. Fold in triangle, then
bring two ends to center (like baby diaper). Brush water on edges
to seal airtight. Deep fry in hot oil until brown. Can be frozen
very well.
